Floor Plan Service Floor Plans can be used to get the right approximate square footage of your home. Tax assessor values are often incorrect. Additions and modifications to the home since original construction may not be included. As a marketing tool they can also be copied into listing brochures, allowing buyers to study the layout and be assured of features of your house.
